Our bank did not turn out as smooth as those illustrated. We should have smoothed the paper and glue better as we applied it. However, that’s what you get when you invite your nearly 2 year old to participate. Also, we probably should have used spray paint. We used crafters paint, and it took multiple coats, and it still doesn’t look as finished as I was hoping for. With that being said, it was a fun project, and my daughter is currently running around trying to find coins to put in her new piggy bank. Now, that’s exciting! :)
